Nurture leads generated by The CHRIS WYLIE TEAM REO/Foreclosure property listings. Presently, we do not have sufficient staff numbers to amply service the calls and execute the buyer representation follow-up. We currently receive on average 48 new leads per week.  Real Estate License required.

CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Work contracts executed by The CHRIS WYLIE TEAM Buyer Representatives and REO Team from acceptance to closing.  Negotiates repairs, prepares documents and manages the file for a successful closing.    Real Estate License required. Experience prefered.
